All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Perishable items, one use items or drinks are not covered by our return policy unless they are unopened, in original packaging and no contaminated in anyway. Items are listed with their return policy so please ensure when purchasing your good(s) from our site you check the limits placed on that item for returns.

Returns are done at your expense. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.

We will only process the refund once the item arrives back with us and is checked. If we are satisfied that the goods have been safely returned and in cases which it applies, hasn’t been opened, used or contaminated we will process the refund for the amount of the good(s). We allow for 7 working days for the item to be received back at our location from the time your return request is authorised. Returns that are not received back within this time frame might cause the refund to be delayed or cancelled.
